Setup & readiness.
What works today. What needs to be in place before a real fleet relies on it.
Working prototype. Not a secure company system.
This app has no authentication, owner-only permissions or confidential workspace. Anyone with access can view, change or delete shared records. Use fictional information only.
Where your records live
Saved through the app’s built-in key-value store. No localStorage copy of business records is used. Refresh records to retrieve other visitors’ changes.
One key per trip; there are no private accounts. Simultaneous edits are last-write-wins, not conflict-safe.
The eight sample trips are fictional. Edits/deletions apply only until refresh. “Clear demo data” stays in effect for this tab using sessionStorage; a new tab may show samples again.
A managed relational database is a Pro feature. Keep built-in storage for this prototype, upgrade to Pro, or connect your own Supabase project for free from the Database panel.
Quick setup & office walkthrough
- 01Explore the fictional sample trips
Check dashboard totals and open an LR number to inspect costs and warnings.
- 02Clear demo data, then add a fictional trip
Enter every amount, using ₹0 where appropriate. Save, refresh and confirm the trip returns.
- 03Test the daily office workflow
Edit a trip, record a receipt, filter by vehicle and date, export CSV, and print a report.
- 04Share using the editor
The preview is already available in the editor. Use its Share or Publish control for a shareable hosted link. No public URL is invented by this app.
Production checklist — not implemented
These are required before handling real company, customer or driver records.
CSV export and print are working browser features, not an automatic backup. Enable additional production capabilities from the Add-ons panel, then configure private storage and server-side authorization before going live.
